The measure of effectiveness is the ones which improves symptoms in patients and there areactually few products that have proven effectiveness. We strongly recommend bedding encasings for those with dust mite sensitivity. Air filters may be helpful for cat allergy and perhaps for sinus and asthma patients living in dusty environments.
